Fast Rabbit Farm
Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens occupy 30 acres of the secluded Strawberry Valley. Nurtured since 1991, it is probably the largest garden featuring acid-loving plants in the county. Fast Rabbit Farm is home to a vast family of plants and animals.

Coleton Fishacre
This beautiful and remarkable house was built for Rupert D’Oyly Carte, the owner of the D’Oyly Carte Theatre Company and the Savoy Hotel chain, in 1926. The building is a wonderful example of both the Arts and Crafts Movement and the Art Deco style.

Overbeck's
This was the seaside home of inventor and scientist Otto Overbeck. His house and gardens are perched high on the cliffs above Salcombe, with amazing views over the estuary and coast. The gardens contain a hidden paradise of tropical plants.

Lukesland Gardens
Lukesland has 24 acres of woodland gardens, with flowering shrubs, trees and a wealth of wild flowers. It is in a beautiful, small valley with a brook cascading from its source on Dartmoor through ponds and over waterfalls towards the River Erme.

Decoy Country Park
Most of Decoy Park is classed as a County Wildlife Site or a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The trails offer great opportunities for walking, cycling, wildlife watching, duck feeding and picnics with good wheelchair and pushchair access.

Stover Country Park
Stover Park, contains more than 114 acres of woodland, lake, heath and grassland. Interpretation boards, an aerial walkway and bird hide all add to the chances of seeing and identifying the huge variety of wildlife there.

Haldon Forest Park
The forest park at Haldon Hill covers 3,500 acres of woodland, just minutes from Exeter. Walks and bike trails are coded for ability, including the family friendly Discovery Trail complete with natural play features.

Dartmoor National Park
Dartmoor National Park’s landscape is fantastic and dramatic and a great day out. Striking granite tors, steep wooded river valleys and swathes of heather covered moorland all create backdrops to stunning walks.
