It’s time to get your cameras out again for the South West Coast Path photographic competition.
Last year the entries were of such high quality that it gave the judging panel a real headache! The 1st prize was scooped by a keen amateur who had not long taken up photography.
Amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to enter their best pictures of the Coast Path in this annual photo competition. The South West Coast Path is one of the world's greatest walks. The aim of the competition is to showcase its landscape and wildlife by taking beautifully crafted photographs.
This year the selection panel is excited to have David Noton on board as the professional judge alongside the Coast Path team. David is an award winning landscape and travel photographer who writes regular columns for Practical Photography and Outdoor Photography. He is no stranger to photographic competitions either, having won awards in the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition on a number of occasions.
