Escape is a 43 foot wooden classic yacht built in 1937 by Kristensen in Norway. She was originally designed by Colin Archer as a sailing lifeboat, but was refined to make her slightly smaller and easier to sail by her owners. Escape is fully MCA coded to carry 8 passengers plus 2 crew with all the necessary safety and navigation equipment to make offshore passages.
You can either sit back, relax and enjoy the trip with lunch and refreshments or you can get involved with the sailing under instruction from our fully qualified crew. You can charter us for a whole day, half day or evening sailing. Prices start at £35 per person with a minimum of 2 people.
Your Escape offers 2 - 8 people the unique experience of sailing a classic yacht. Charters include 2 hour sails in Start Bay or a full day’s sail including lunch and drinks. Corporate days and evening sails can also be arranged. Give us a call and we’ll tailor the sailing experience to suit you.
