Office is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm

River patrols run daily from 7.30am - 9pm

The Office is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm.

Friday 9am - 4pm

Christmas/New Year opening hours

Christmas Eve 9am - 12pm

Public holidays

The office is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The office is open at Easter and during Summer Bank Holidays between 10 am and 4pm.
