Executive chef Luca Berardino opens his latest restaurant along side head chef Lee Batchelor naming it after his Nonna - Rosa Giorgio Berardino. An Italian immigrant who moved to Paris after WW2.
Luca was born in Paris, trained in the UK and raised on five generations of Italian home cooked recipes. His approach to food is unique. Classic European cuisine refined over a career as a modern head chef and restauranteur.
