Having superb views to the Royal Naval College and River Dart over to Kingswear, the apartment has recently been fully refurbished and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment is well equipped, has wifi internet access and a season parking ticket for the town car park.

Gate from road leading to steps to Entrance: hallway with decorative wooden flooring, door to cupboard with freezer. Cloakroom: WC, basin. Kitchen: Shaker style fitted kitchen, electric oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Sitting room: bay window with window seat and views to the Royal Naval College and River Dart, TV, DVD, dining table with seating for four.

Bathroom: Newly fitted, bath with shower over, basin, WC, towel radiator. Bedroom 1: King size bed (5’), TV. En-suite Shower Room: Shower cubicle, basin, towel radiator. Bedroom 2: King size bed (5’), bay window with seat with views to the Royal Naval College and River Dart, TV.

Parking: season ticket in town car park May - October (unreserved).
