Old Dartmothians
The association was founded in 1923 for the fellowship of Dartmouth born Gentlemen and for those, over the age of eighteen, who have lived in the town for more than ten years. It was formed at the Ship 'n' Dock by four Dartmothians on the Friday of Dartmouth Regatta in 1923.
A message from the President:
It doesn’t seem possible that we are well into 2014, where does the time go?
At last the evenings are beginning to pull out, so spring is just around the corner. So it is time to make plans to get up to Gallants Bower to photograph the Bluebells, quite a hike to get up there but well worth the effort. The views from up there are magnificent and if the South Hams Council do the work, as promised, to trim the trees and tidy up the area it will be even better.
Won’t be long to the Music Festival, and then before we know it, the Regatta. Let’s hope the flag ceremony won’t be squashed up like it was last year.
All for now!
Best Wishes
Barry Morris
