This event, now celebrating their 142nd year, will be held on the Playing Field and Village Hall, Stoke Fleming on 27th August.
There are 187 classes to enter from fruit and vegetables to vegetable monsters for the children, the hugely popular ‘Men Only’ baking class, an upcycled item, photography and the list goes on.
This year the Committee have chosen ‘Regatta Fun’ for the Special Division, so think rowing, fireworks and all the fun of the fair and let your imagination do the rest. The Show is open to all and schedules are available from outlets in Stoke Fleming, Strete Stores, Gardentime and Dartmouth Library.
Entries close at 8.00 p.m. on Friday 24th August. The Field will be open at 12.30 on 27th August and the Show will be officially opened by Les Ellis at 2.00 p.m.
A full programme of entertainment and sports will take place during the afternoon. Entrance is just £2.50 per adult, 50p for children 5-14 and under 5s are free.
