The collection presented in this exhibition is a triptych of styles. Starting with still images of scenery and fauna, depicting detail in ink with an analytical approach; then evolving to a series of images of such fauna and flora but with movement and colour, using charcoal and coloured inks with rough yet very expressive techniques. And finally, presenting a certain stillness in her collection of “mineral landscapes”, a series of abstract views focusing on the textures and colours of Devon, going down to the bare earth, using natural pigments in their raw form.
