NADFAS known locally as DAKFAS (Dartmouth and Kingswear Decorative and Fine Arts Society) brings knowledgeable experts to the town to speak about arts- related matters. Subjects are varied and can include such diverse subjects as fine art, pottery, gardens, famous people or music. The society also organises visits,study days, coffee mornings and church recording.
The main lectures are at 2-30pm on the second Monday of each month (from October to June) at The Flavel.
The series of nine lectures is available by subscription and costs £43 (£42 by standing order). Guests are welcome to attend a lecture for £8 but are limited to three visits during the lecture series. Tea and biscuits are provided.
