Many good tips!

Thanks for gathering all these tips together in one place. I'll be sure to add some of them to my daily routine. Does the cinnamon trick work in baked goods? Oh, wait, that would be counterproductive, wouldn't it! I'll add it to 0% yoghurt, as you suggest, and perhaps to low sugar applesauce. Looking forward to your next column!

Good sense

I think we can all be guilty of using food as a cheap form of entertainment. And the things that are bad for us unfortunately provide an instant hit. You're right: we need to put a bit more effort in, educate ourselves, and strike the right balance.
